2Michaels is a New York City based Interior Design firm founded by sisters Jayne and Joan Michaels. Their spare, yet luxurious, design sense began in Palm Springs, California, where they grew up, and developed in Italy, where they were exposed to such mid-century geniuses as Franco Albini, Gio Ponti and Carlo Mollino. It has continued to evolve in their studies and practice in New York. 2Michaels and its principals have designed both residential and commercial space, ranging from downtown lofts to midtown law offices to Park Ave co-ops.

Current projects include a loft in Tribeca, and a beach front cottage on Martha's Vineyard. Last year 2Michaels teamed with prominent 20th century gallerist/curator Larry Weinberg to create 4PM, a mid-century antiques space at Center44.
